How much does a website cost?

Because our customers' needs vary, so do our website prices.  However, through years of experience, we have developed a series of packages to help determine your needs.  We have Basic, Value, and Premium packages as well as separate e-commerce pricing.  These packages should help you determine a general cost, based on the approximate number of pages you require.  If you'd like a more specific cost, please use our form or contact our design team at (480) 354-4116.

What is a virtual server?

The server space, or host, refers to the computer that stores your all your web pages and graphics.  This is a virtual server--that means that it is placed on a server with other websites.  A dedicated server is also available if necessary. We do provide these hosting services, including secure servers.  This is extremely important if you plan to have online ordering or shopping cart services.  If you have further questions, please email or call us at (480) 354-4116.

What types of sites do you design?

We design according to our clients' needs.  Every site is different.  Our designers start from scratch, without the use of templates or themes, to make sure your site is unique.

Do you provide e-commerce solutions?

Currently we have found a reasonably priced solution that allows clients to run shopping carts for as little as $49.95 a month, plus the setup fee.  To see a demo, click here.  For approximate setup fees, please review our pricing guide.

How do I register a domain name?

We'd be more than happy to help you with your domain name registration, free of charge.  The InterNIC charges $70 for two years and $35 each following year to register a domain name.  If you'd like to check availability or register a domain yourself, please click here.  If you'd like our assistance, please call us at (480) 354-4116.  Please have a credit card ready for your order.

How do I maintain my website?

LRZone does offer maintenance.  We can design a maintenance program to suit your needs based on the number of updates you think you'll need.  However, as our experience grows, we've found it to be more beneficial to train our clients to update their own sites.  This way, you can change your site daily if necessary.  Our training is provided at your site, to as many employees as necessary.

What types of services do you provide?

LRZone provides custom website design and development as well as e-commerce and database solutions.  We provide domain name registration, graphic creation, and scanning.  We also have a digital camera available so one of our designers can visit your site and take pictures available for your immediate review.  LRZone also offers the best in hosting and virtual servers.  And of course, we pride ourselves on customer service!

How is LRZone different from other design companies?

LRZone provides very personal customer service.  We are on a first name basis with all of our clients.  It's important for us to make sure you're satisfied with your website, so we always go the extra mile to meet your needs.

How can I tell if a website is really secure?

An important question, and there are a couple of easy ways to check the security of a website.  Any site can say "secure transactions", but here's how you know for sure.  In Netscape, on the lower left hand corner of your browser, you'll notice a small pad lock.  If the lock is open, it's not secure.  If it is locked, it is secure.  Also, at the top in the navigation bar, there is a security button just before the stop button.  This lets you view the security information to see of the site is encrypted.  If you use Internet Explorer, a locked pad lock will appear in the lower right hand corner of the browser window.

The second way to check is to look in the location bar.  Most sites start with "http://www".  However, a secure site will start with "https://www".  The "s" indicates security.

Most browsers also issue warnings if you are submitting information to a non-secure site.
